Titanic resource can be used during a special event to remember the tragedy of
April 15, 1912. This resource includes:
This resource will help to strengthen and maintain skills for speaking, listening, reminiscing, critical thinking, communication, storytelling, and imagination. Each card contains large print so that the words are easy to read. Just print on card stock, cut, and laminate to start the fun. You may choose to print on colored paper or white paper. You may use a tablet or computer, if printing is not an option to display each boarding pass or resource.
Depending upon how many people are participating, pass out a boarding pass to each person. Each boarding pass includes: the ticket number, where the person was sailing from, the date they sailed, the passenger’s name, age, their last known residence, occupation, what class they sailed in (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or a Crew Member), their cabin number, and a fact about each passenger.
Each card includes (2) letters before the ticket number:
FS – Female Survivor, MS – Male Survivor, FV – Female Victim, or MV – Male Victim
